How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order. Production takes 2-5 business days, then US standard shipping takes about 3-5 business days. Most orders arrive 5-10 business days after you order. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
When should I order for Christmas?
For delivery in the US by December 25, please order by December 9 with standard shipping.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more. For smaller orders, the rate is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How do the sizes run?
Our apparel is unisex. Our Size Guide page lists measurements for every style. For an oversized look, size up one. Our Here for the Charleston hoodie runs small, so we recommend ordering one size larger.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund. See our refund policy for details.
How should I wash my items?
Turn apparel inside out, machine wash cold with similar colors, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly over the print or embroidery. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
