Shipping policy

Made to order

Every Tile & Tonic item is printed or embroidered to order by our production partner. Production usually takes 2-5 business days. During the holiday rush, embroidered items can take a little longer.

 

Delivery times

US standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive 5-10 business days after you place them. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.

 

Holiday deadline

For delivery by December 25 in the US, please order by December 9 with standard shipping. We'll post updates on our site if carrier deadlines change.

 

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

 

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
